Brakes are the leading food wholesalers in the UK and are the catering and food suppliers of choice for thousands of businesses in the catering industry.
Brakes wanted to showcase their extensive product range to their own staff and the industry and public in general.
They asked Temporary Kitchens to create a promotional Trailer from our Retro range of hand built polished aluminium American inspired trailers. Not only was a full commercial kitchen installed but a full audio visual system so that the chef can demonstrate cooking brakes products on a 50” screen and talk to the audience at the same time.
