Project Brief

Temporary Kitchens were asked by a popular wedding venue in a scenic part of Northern England to provide a large catering space for a medium-sized team of kitchen staff. This was required in order to improve the efficiency and flow of the catering service for wedding guests.

In order to achieve this, we built four 9m x 3m units and secured them together to create a combined catering space that included a kitchen, a dish washing area, a walk-in fridge, walk-in freezer, a dry store, two toilet cubicles and an office/break space.
